How do we secure the date for our event?We typically require a two-week/14-day notice as full payment is due two weeks, or 14 days, before the event. However, we will certainly do our best to accommodate you for your event in any time frame. In the circumstance that the event is within two weeks, however, we do require a 100% up-front payment. What is the audio guest book?An Audio Guest "Book" is an add-on that allows guests to record voicemail-styled messages that are saved and accessible to the event hosts after the event. The Audio Guest "Book" is a great way to increase engagement at your event, especially when placed near a photo or 360° booth. Guests can leave custom greetings and messages for the hosts and event attendees, providing a unique and personalized touch to the overall experience. By adding the Audio Guest "Book" feature to your event, you can make it more interactive and memorable, allowing your guest to share their best wishes with you and also provide an entertaining moment for everyone to look back on.

How do you determine the audio equipment based on the venue and guest count?After approximately ~200 guests, it becomes necessary to maintain the quality of audio. This ensures officiants and announcements can be heard from extended sectors or halls. Because this requires more planning and equipment, we do require an additional flat rate for 200+ guests.

Can I make changes to the itinerary leading up to the event?We allow changes up to 5 days before the event. Changes made within 5 days just reach out to CREAO Productions - this is to ensure the new details are ironed out with shorter notice.

How collaborative is the process of creating a personalized itinerary?Extremely. Our client portal allows you to answer our detailed questionnaire. From booking to after the questionnaire is submitted to the end of the event, there will be many 1-on-1 conversations between CREAO Productions and the client, if you so wish to do so!

What does the "Dancing on the Clouds" effect entail, how long does the effect last, and when is it typically utilized during the event?The "Dancing on the Clouds" effect blankets the floor in a mesmerizing fog, creating a dreamy ambiance. Tailored to specific segments like introductions and first dances, its duration aligns with the selected moment, enhancing the magic without overshadowing the overall event flow. Overall, the effect duration is approximately 4 to 5 minutes.

What is your policy in case of event cancellation?We require a 50% up-front payment at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 14 days before the event. We require a 30-day notice for event cancellations.

What is the Open Digital Photo Booth?Unlike boxy setups with curtains, this design invites guests to witness and join the laughter. What are custom templates and overlays?Templates refer to how the pictures are placed on the digital photo. On the other hand, overlays refer to the graphics that are placed on top of each video. Basically, overlays are for our 360° Booths as Photo Booths do not utilize overlays unless you are opting for the GIF/Video features of the Photo Booth. Templates are used exclusively for Photo Booths. Utilize Photo Templates for Photo Booths for: Allowing guests to capture multiple shots in a single session, seamlessly compiled into a unified image. Incorporating design elements and branding like logos and text, enhancing photos without obstructing the guests' images. Ideal for sharing in both 2x6 and 4x6 formats. Ensuring access to full-sized, unbranded original photos, offering versatility and customization for both you and your client. Opt for Overlays when you aim to use a 360° Booth to: Utilize GIFs, Boomerangs, or Video designs to capture to incorporate designs or branding. Offer guests a variety of design options, allowing them to choose from a selection that aligns with their preferences.

How does the 360° Booth work?Step onto the 360 platform. Allow the camera to complete 2 full 360° spins around you. Step off the platform and review the video from your 360 video experience. Share instantly by entering your phone number or email address or by airdropping your video. Tag @creaoproductions in your post for us to feature your 360 video on our page!

How many people does the 360° platform accomodate?Our 360° Booth supports up to five participants. Our booths are ADA-accessible ensuring all guests can participate in the experience.

How long does it take to set-up the 360° Booth?Our 360° booth setup takes 30 minutes to 1 hour while ensuring our arrival is one to two hours before your event. Setup and take-down are complimentary and not part of the rental time.

What are the requirements for the 360° Booth?The 360° Booth requires the following: A level area 12' deep x 12' wide x 8' high (No events on grass; turf acceptable) Two sets of 110V, 5 amp, 3 prong outlets each on their own dedicated circuit within 10-15 feet of setup (we offer portable electric when no electrical options are available for an additional cost) Shelter (if placed outdoors to prevent rain and sun exposure)

We need a custom-branded backdrop and decals on your equipment to promote our corporate event. Is this something your offer?Absolutely. We offer custom options from custom backdrops, vinyl and magnetic lettering for the booth, custom props, branded templates/layouts, and more. What is Portable Electric?Due to some limitations in areas with limited electricity (such as no electric, unsafe power outlets, etc.), portable electric may be required through our power stations. For example, if you have an even at a public park, this is a great option to add-on when you want the DJ, Photo Booth, or 360° Booth in an area like this.
